We love using our Ipad to problem solve service calls. Michael and I used facetime on our ipads to troubleshoot a generator connection error this morning. We were able to find out that one of our netgear ports died, which was easily fixed and saved my X-ray dept. downtime and saved Michael from having to drive to Kalispell! Fantastic support!
